Overview
Nestled in swaying palms and subtropical gardens, Suites & Villas By Dunas in Maspalomas feels like a low-rise village rather than a hotel. Meandering paths connect whitewashed bungalows, seven swimming pools (including adults-only areas and kids’ splash park), and spacious suites and villas that are tailor-made for families and friends. Add a Certified Sustainable Hotel label, a friendly atmosphere and easy access to the Maspalomas dunes, and you’ve got one of Gran Canaria’s most relaxed – and flexible – bases.

Map & location
Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, Spain
You’ll find Suites & Villas By Dunas tucked behind Maspalomas’ iconic dunes, in a peaceful pocket between Maspalomas and upmarket Meloneras. The setting feels secluded and leafy, yet you’re only a short hop by bus or taxi from designer shops, seafront cafés and the golden sands that make this corner of Gran Canaria so famous.
This area is fab for families: Holiday World, Aqualand and the wide Maspalomas beach are all within easy reach, while Playa del Inglés’ buzzier nightlife is close enough for an evening out but far enough not to disturb the resort’s calm, garden setting.
