Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The heart of H10 Big Sur is its outdoor freshwater pool, edged by swaying palms, hammocks, sunbeds and parasols. The pool is typically heated between November and April, making winter dips much more inviting, and there’s an integrated whirlpool section where you can soak and watch life drift past on the promenade below. Complimentary pool towels are provided, so that’s one less thing to squeeze into your luggage.
For a more elevated perspective, head to the rooftop terrace, where Balinese beds and sunbeds look out across Los Cristianos and the ocean – a superb spot for sunset views and a quiet read. When you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply follow the seafront promenade: the nearest sandy beach is around 300m away, with others easily reached on foot along the shore.
Spa, sports & wellness
Stay active in the well-equipped, air-conditioned gym, which includes cardio machines, free weights, a stretching zone and fixed strength equipment. Post‑workout, unwind in the sauna and steam room (typically open 07:00–20:00; minimum age 18). If you prefer something a little more laid-back, there’s also table tennis for low-key fun.
The hotel’s Despacio beauty centre adds a spa-like dimension to your stay, with a Turkish bath, sauna and a menu of massages, facials and beauty treatments, plus an on-site hairdresser (services usually available 10:00–18:00; extra charges apply).
Evenings are atmospheric rather than rowdy, with daily entertainment ranging from live music and DJs to professional shows throughout the year (programme and frequency can change by season).

Food & drink
Food at H10 Big Sur leans into relaxed but stylish dining, with a focus on international favourites and fresh local ingredients. The main Blue Bay Restaurant is a buffet with live show-cooking for breakfast and dinner, where chefs plate up eggs to order, grilled fish, and Canarian touches – think papas arrugadas and mojo sauces. Smart-casual dress is expected in the evenings (no beachwear; long trousers for gentlemen are usually requested).
For something more intimate, there are two à la carte options: the Blue Bay Night Restaurant for leisurely dinners with international menus, and the Naturalia Terrace, a sun-splashed spot that serves lighter, international dishes at lunchtime – ideal if you don’t want to stray too far from the pool.
Between meals, the Cactus Bar keeps the pool scene fuelled with snacks and drinks, while Mike’s Coffee Bar is the go-to for speciality coffees, cakes and an afternoon pick‑me‑up (typically open 14:30–22:30). Reservations and supplements can depend on your chosen board basis and season, so check in-resort for the latest details. What All Inclusive typically includes.
Rooms
Double Room
Sleeping 1–2 adults, these doubles share the same stylish décor and facilities as the sole-use rooms – balcony, Wi‑Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, coffee-making facilities, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer and iPod dock – with the option of a double or twin configuration. A minibar and safe are available at a supplement. Daily housekeeping and towel changes keep everything feeling fresh.
Double Room with Sea View Sleeps 1–2 adults
If waking up to the Atlantic is non-negotiable, opt for a Double Room with Sea View (sleeps 1–2 adults). You’ll enjoy all the amenities of the standard doubles – balcony, Wi‑Fi, TV, air-con, coffee-making kit, robe and slippers, hairdryer, iPod dock, and optional minibar and safe – but with an elevated outlook over the ocean, harbour or coastline.
Double Room with Sea View for Sole Use
Perfect for solo escapes with a little extra wow-factor, these rooms match the facilities above yet are configured for one adult only, combining privacy with the same sweeping sea views from your own balcony.
Superior Room with Sea View Sleeps 1–2 adults
For added indulgence, Superior Sea View Rooms (sleep 1–2 adults) offer an expanded terrace rather than a standard balcony, usually furnished with sunbeds so you can sunbathe in complete privacy.
