Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The pool scene is where River Rock really earns its name. You’ve got two outdoor freshwater pools, including a dedicated children’s pool, edged by a sun terrace with loungers that invite all-day chilling. Inflatables are permitted in the main pool, adding to the playful atmosphere.
Pool towels are available with a refundable deposit, so you can pack lighter. Facilities, size and opening hours may vary a little by pool and by season, but you can usually expect the main pool to be open during the core summer months.
When you’re ready for the sea, a gently shelving sandy beach is around 700m away. That puts beach time within an easy walk, whether you’re after a pre-lunch dip, sunset stroll or a full lazy day on a lounger.
Spa, sports & wellness
If you like to balance nights out with a bit of feel-good movement, the air-conditioned gym has cardio equipment and is usually open from around 09:00–19:00 between May and October.
While there’s no full spa on site, you’ve got plenty of chill-out space around the pools and in the lounge bar, and Ayia Napa’s harbour and coastal paths are ideal for slower-paced walks.
Elsewhere, you’ll find:
• Children’s playground with slides and see-saw (age/height restrictions may apply)
• 24-hour reception and lobby area
• Luggage storage and currency exchange services (charges may apply for some services)

Food & drink
River Rock keeps dining relaxed and social, with one main restaurant and a pair of bars that bookend your day from first coffee to last cocktail.
Aspelia Restaurant is the main buffet venue, serving breakfast and dinner with live show-cooking stations where chefs whip up fresh favourites while you watch. Expect an international spread with Mediterranean touches and a choice of hot and cold items. Beachwear isn’t allowed at dinner, so pack something casual-smart.
For drinks, the Mf Bar is the sleek lounge bar, open roughly 10:00–01:00, perfect for pre-drinks or a nightcap beneath the neon. Outside, the pool bar keeps you topped up with drinks from around 10:00–18:00 so you don’t have to stray far from your lounger.
On All Inclusive, buffet-style breakfast and dinner are included in the main restaurant, with lunch served à la carte there too. Local wine, beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks are available for a minimum of 12 hours per day, plus snacks at set times between meals (typically 10:30–12:30 and 16:00–18:00; details can change seasonally).
