Epic Sana sits between Albufeira and Vilamoura on one of the Algarve’s most photogenic stretches of coast. The resort is tucked into mature pine trees above Falésia Beach, a long ribbon of Blue Flag sand backed by burnt-orange cliffs and turquoise surf.
Stroll down the wooden walkway and steps to reach the sand, or wander through the landscaped grounds towards the pool terraces. Away from the calm of the resort, lively Albufeira and chic Vilamoura are both around 10km away, while the smaller village of Olhos D’Agua with its seafood eateries is just up the road. Golfers have championship courses within a short drive, and boat trips, waterparks and coastal hikes are all easy to organise locally.

Pool & outdoors
With five outdoor pools and two indoor pools, water babies are spoilt for choice at Epic Sana.
Outdoors, three large freshwater pools are sprinkled across the gardens, each with generous sunbathing decks, parasols and a mix of loungers and Balinese beds. Two separate children’s pools, both shallow and family-friendly, keep little ones safe and entertained. Pool towels are complimentary, and service from the bars means chilled drinks are never far away.
Indoors, you’ll find a heated pool open 24 hours a day, ideal for early laps or a peaceful evening dip, plus an additional adults-only heated pool in the spa area as part of the Sayanna Wellness circuit (charges apply unless included with a treatment).
A short stroll through the pines brings you to Falésia Beach, a huge arc of sand backed by dramatic cliffs. Here you can walk for miles, sunbathe below the rust-red rock formations, or simply watch the Atlantic roll in. Seasonal watersports and boat trips can be arranged locally.

Fitness & EPIC Vital Programme
The Sayanna Wellness Fitness Centre is open 24/7 and equipped with cardio machines, free weights, a stretching zone and strength-training kit (minimum age 16). The EPIC Vital programme (charges may apply) adds structure with group classes including:

Family & Kids

There’s also a SAYANNA KIDS spa concept, where younger guests can join in on gentle, family-friendly wellness experiences.

Al Quimia Fine Dining

Lima Restaurant & Bar
Lima transforms through the day: it hosts an exclusive unlimited brunch for So Suite and Suite Home guests on selected dates, then reopens in the evening with an Italian à la carte menu featuring wood-fired favourites and crowd-pleasing pasta. Kids’ options available and seasonal opening times apply.
Open Deck Restaurant & Pool Bar
Poolside dining with a Mediterranean twist, serving grills, salads and snacks at lunch and refreshing drinks from the bar. Perfect for lazy days between dips.
Uddo Restaurant
A stylish Japanese à la carte with show-cooking, sushi and teppan-style plates, plus a dedicated kids’ menu. Long trousers are requested for gentlemen in the evening.
Bluum Bar & Additional Bars
