Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Water babies are spoilt for choice here. There are five outdoor freshwater pools, including two dedicated children’s pools and two pools with attached kids’ sections. One pool is reserved for adults only, giving parents a quieter spot to unwind while little ones live their best life elsewhere.
The aqua park ramps up the thrills with slides, half-pipe, multi-lane racers and rubber-mat chutes, while the colourful splash park is perfect for younger guests with jets, sprinklers, tipping bucket, water guns, water dome and waterfall features (usually open 10:00–16:00 depending on occupancy). Age, height or weight limits can apply for certain attractions.
Indoors, you’ll find two heated freshwater pools, both with kids’ sections – ideal for cooler months, with heating typically from 1 November to 15 May. Around the pools, expect sunbeds, parasols and baby-changing facilities, with inflatables and water toys permitted in selected kids’ and family pools.
Step beyond the gardens and you’re straight onto Belek’s sandy beach, where the hotel offers water sports such as canoeing, pedalos, windsurfing, water polo and more (some motorised options and giant inflatables are chargeable and run by an external provider). Pool towels are provided free of charge.
Spa, sports & wellness
The air-conditioned gym is well equipped with cardio kit, free weights, fixed strength machines and a stretching area, and is usually open 09:00–21:00 for guests 16+. Daily activities might include aerobics, aqua aerobics, pilates, athletics, badminton, basketball, mini-golf, petanque, table tennis, tennis, volleyball and yoga, plus water-based games.
After activity comes recovery: the spa features a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and whirlpool, along with a menu of massages and beauty treatments, plus on-site hairdressers (treatments typically carry a local charge and are for guests 16+).
A mini-market covers last-minute essentials, while reception can help with currency exchange, concierge services and hire of items such as bottle warmers, pushchairs and wheelchairs (some items carry a local charge). Being a Certified Sustainable Hotel, you can also expect measures aimed at reducing environmental impact, which may include energy saving, waste reduction and local community support initiatives.

Food & drink
All Inclusive at IC Hotels Santai Family Resort is made for foodies who like variety. The main buffet restaurant puts on an impressive spread for breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, dinner and a night buffet, with show-cooking stations, kids’ buffet, children’s menu, highchairs and even microwaves for little ones.
By night, you can rotate through five à la carte restaurants (reservations and supplements may apply), sampling international dining at Del Mar Fish on the beach, Turkish specialities at Fes Turk, colourful Mexican plates at Ja La Peno, comforting Italian classics at Olivo Ristorante, and Asian flavours at Umami Sushi with Chinese and Japanese-inspired dishes. A smart dress code usually applies in the evenings.
Seven bars keep you refreshed around the clock: grab daytime drinks from the pool bar or Sunset Snack Bar on the beach, smoothies and juices at the Vitamin Bar, snacks at the Club House, laid-back drinks at the Lobby Bar, and more upbeat nights at adults-only Ice Pub, the on-site disco.
