Map & location
Dalyan, Dalaman Area, Turkey
DNA Hotel Dalyan sits in the peaceful, riverside resort of Dalyan in Turkey’s Dalaman Area. The setting feels wonderfully local – you’re tucked away on a quiet street, yet only around 950m from the resort centre, where riverside restaurants, relaxed bars and boat jetties line the water.
From here you can glide along the river to see the famous Lycian rock tombs carved into the cliffs, head out to the sulphur-rich mud baths on Lake Köyceğiz, or continue all the way to Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach – one of Turkey’s most scenic stretches of sand and an important nesting site for loggerhead turtles. Dalyan is low-rise and laid-back, so evenings are about meandering the harbour, lingering over meze and watching boats drift by rather than late-night clubbing.
- • Dalyan resort centre 950m
- • Riverfront and boat jetties 10–15 minutes’ walk
- • Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach 13km – reachable by bus or river boat
- • Lake Köyceğiz and mud baths (by boat) half‑day trip
- Approx. transfer time from airport 40 minutes from Dalaman (DLM)
Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The outdoor saltwater pool is the heart of the hotel – a serene spot with a handful of sunbeds, hammocks and parasols, designed for unwinding rather than pool games. Thanks to the hotel’s compact size, it rarely feels crowded, and there’s poolside waiter service from the bar. Complimentary towels are provided so you can pack light.
For a change of scene, make your way down to the river and hop on a boat or bus to Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach. This sweeping, golden-sand spit between river and sea is a protected nesting site for loggerhead turtles between May and October, with clear water that’s great for a cooling dip after a morning of sightseeing.
Spa, sports & wellness
DNA Hotel Dalyan focuses on calm, simple comforts rather than a long list of facilities. There’s no on-site spa or gym, but Dalyan’s riverside paths, surrounding countryside and nearby beach offer plenty of opportunities for walking, boat trips and relaxed exploration.
On site you’ll find a reception area where you can arrange local excursions and boat trips, luggage storage for late departures, and small touches such as newspapers in English that add to the homely feel. Many guests spend mornings out exploring and then retreat to the pool area with a book in the afternoon.

A cosy pool bar opens from late morning until around midnight, perfect for a cold beer, glass of Turkish wine or a long drink before heading into town for dinner.
