Set against a backdrop of wooded hills with views across the Ionian Sea to mainland Greece, Grecotel LUXME Daphnila Bay enjoys one of Corfu’s classic east-coast settings. The hotel cascades down the hillside to a long, gently shelving Blue Flag beach, so you can choose between elevated panoramas and toes-in-the-sand lounging.
Dassia resort centre is about 2km away for tavernas, low-key bars and shops, while Corfu Town’s Venetian lanes and fortresses are an easy taxi ride or excursion away. The location works brilliantly if you want a peaceful base with the option to explore – from boat trips to hidden coves to day visits to Danilia Park & Museum, the charming replica village where much of “The Durrells” was filmed.

Main restaurant
Antica Cucina is the buffet heart of the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with live show-cooking stations and a kids’ corner with highchairs, microwaves, children’s menu and buffet. Expect Greek and international favourites, plenty of fresh salads and sweet treats.
À la carte and specialty venues
• Asia Oliva – laid-back buffet/à la carte hybrid on the beach for Asian-inspired dishes at lunch and dinner.
