Map & location
Molivos, Lesvos, Greece
Tucked on the fringe of Molivos, Hotel Angels sits moments from the shore on Lesvos’ scenic north coast. The setting is blissfully quiet – you’re here for sea breezes, open horizons and starry nights – yet Molivos’ cobbled backstreets, hillside castle and harbourfront tavernas are only a short drive or taxi ride away.
Lesvos itself is one of Greece’s more traditional islands: expect working fishing harbours, family-run ouzeries and countryside dotted with olive groves rather than big resort strips. From Hotel Angels you can mix lazy beach days with gentle exploring – boat trips along the coast, wanders up to Molivos Castle for sunset views, or a long lunch in a waterside taverna.
- • Sand-and-shingle beach 50m

- • Local shops & eateries in and around Molivos

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The heart of Hotel Angels is its peaceful outdoor freshwater pool – a compact, inviting space framed by sunbeds and parasols that feels perfectly in keeping with the hotel’s boutique scale. Inflatables are permitted, pool towels are complimentary, and the pool bar is just steps away, so you can linger here from late breakfast right through to aperitif hour.
The sand-and-shingle beach is a mere 50m stroll away. It’s typically low-key and uncrowded, ideal for a morning swim, reading with your toes in the shallows or watching the sky turn pastel in the early evening. Facilities and services can vary by season, so local conditions may differ slightly from one visit to the next.
Spa, sports & wellness
This is very much a slow-down-and-unwind sort of hotel, so you won’t find a busy animation programme – the focus is on peace, views and time together.
On the practical side, there’s a reception desk open 12 hours a day, seven days a week, offering luggage storage and a handy shuttle bus service (schedule and charges may apply). Being a small property, facilities are compact but thoughtfully curated, and Lesvos’ coastline, walking routes and traditional villages are your wider “playground” if you feel like exploring.

Molivos itself is known for its castle-topped hill, flower-framed cobbled streets and a harbour edged with seafood tavernas and low-key bars – very much a “late dinner and a stroll” sort of place rather than a full-on nightlife hub.
