Map & location
Faliraki, Rhodes, Greece
Apollo Beach enjoys a prime position in Faliraki, right on one of Rhodes’ best-known sandy beaches. By day you can step straight from the hotel’s lawned gardens onto the sand and into the calm, clear sea. When you’re ready for shops, bars and a choice of eateries, the resort centre is a short, level walk away.
Rhodes Town, with its UNESCO-listed medieval Old Town, is around 8km away, making it an easy half-day or evening trip by bus, taxi or hire car. Faliraki itself has mellowed over the years; there’s still nightlife if you want it, but also family-friendly tavernas, a pretty little fishing harbour at St Apostolos and easy access to the island’s waterpark and other Blue Flag beaches.

When you fancy a change of scene or the weather is cooler at the start or end of the season, you can head to the indoor freshwater pool, which is typically heated between May and October and usually open from early April to early November.
Beyond the gardens lies Faliraki’s long sandy beach, with gently shelving waters that are well suited to confident younger swimmers as well as adults who just want a refreshing dip.
