Map & location
Fira, Santorini, Greece
Fira is Santorini’s iconic capital – a tumble of sugar-cube houses, blue-domed churches and lanes that cling to the cliffside. Katikies Garden sits right in the resort centre, so you can wander straight out to caldera viewpoints, chic cafés, jewellery boutiques and sunset bars.
The hotel itself sits on the clifftop, offering glimpses out towards the Aegean while keeping you close to the island’s transport links for exploring Oia, Kamari and the rest of the volcanic landscape.
- Athinios Port for boat trips and island-hopping reachable by taxi or local bus
- Santorini Airport (JTR) 6km
- Approx. transfer time from airport 20 minutes
Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The hotel’s main outdoor freshwater pool is set on an elevated deck, framed by cushioned loungers and Santorini’s whitewashed architecture. It’s a serene space for a cooling dip between strolls into town, open seasonally between mid-April and the end of October (weather and occupancy permitting).
Sunbeds and towels are provided around the pool area. While Katikies Garden doesn’t sit directly on the sand, you’re well placed to reach Kamari or other beaches by taxi or local bus, or simply make the most of the clifftop views from Fira’s many viewpoints and terraces.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness at Katikies Garden centres on A.Spa, a boutique sanctuary housed within the historic structure, offering:
• Steam room (local charges apply)
• Tailored massage and beauty treatments (18+, extra charge)
Beyond the spa, the focus is on slow living – wine tastings, long lunches and romantic evenings in Fira rather than high-energy sports. An on-site concierge team is on hand to arrange local experiences, from caldera sailing trips to winery visits and private tours around the island.
Facilities also include:
• Reception with concierge, currency exchange (local charge) and luggage storage
• Fashion and lifestyle boutique-style touches within the property
• Wine tasting experiences (extra charge; subject to availability)

Food & drink
Selene Restaurant is the hotel’s culinary heart – an acclaimed à la carte venue blending contemporary techniques with Santorini’s volcanic terroir. Expect refined Greek and local dishes alongside international favourites, with show-cooking touches and an emphasis on seasonal produce.
Breakfast is served à la carte, so you can linger over made-to-order dishes rather than buffet queues. By night, the atmosphere turns romantic, especially if you pair dinner with a tasting flight in the atmospheric wine cave carved from the old monastery cellars.
A stylish pool bar serves a range of local, international and premium drinks between late morning and early evening during the main season, perfect for lazy days on the deck.
Smart-casual dress is generally expected, and reservations or supplements may apply depending on season and your board basis. Menus and opening times can change, so check the latest details on arrival. What All Inclusive typically includes.
