Overview
Perched on the pine-cloaked south-west tip of Skiathos, Elivi Resort is a design-led beachfront sanctuary with access to three golden-sand beaches. Spread across three distinct areas – Elivi Xenia Hotel, Elivi Nest and Elivi Grace – it feels more like a chic hillside village than a single hotel, with infinity pools, glass-fronted suites and a quietly luxe, barefoot ambiance.

Elivi Resort clings to the southwestern tip of Skiathos, in one of the island’s most photogenic pockets. Pine forests tumble down to sweeping, Blue Flag Koukounaries Beach and two neighbouring coves, giving you a choice of sands and sea views on your doorstep. Despite the hideaway feel, the small resort of Koukounaries – with its tavernas, bars and mini-markets – is only about 500m away, so you can drift between lazy beach days and low-key evenings with ease.
Skiathos Town, with its cobbled lanes, harbourfront bars and island-hopping boat trips, is within easy reach by taxi or bus, making Elivi a great base if you want a peaceful stay without being cut off from the island’s buzz.
