We book cruise holidays the way we'd book one for ourselves — short list of recommendations, honest comparisons across cruise lines, no hard-sell.
15+ years specialising in cruise holidays — Mediterranean, Caribbean, Northern Europe, Alaska, Asia, Australasia, the Galapagos and Antarctica. We sail the ships ourselves and feed first-hand notes back into our recommendations.
Tell a Travel Designer where, when and who you're travelling with. They'll come back with a short list of recommendations across different cruise lines, sized to your budget — not 200 search results.
CLIA-member status means direct booking access to all 56 cruise lines on this page — from Royal Caribbean and MSC to Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Viking and Hurtigruten. One agency, all the choice.
Every cruise booking with flights is ATOL-protected. Cruise-only bookings are CLIA-member protected. No mystery surcharges, no surprise fees, no hidden mark-ups.
We work with all 56 major cruise lines across six categories — classic, premium, luxury, ultra-luxury, river and expedition. That includes Celebrity Cruises, MSC Cruises, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, P&O Cruises, NCL Norwegian, Princess, Holland America, Virgin Voyages, Viking Ocean, Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, Crystal, Explora Journeys, Hurtigruten, Scenic, AmaWaterways, Avalon Waterways, Uniworld and many more.
For multi-generational family cruise holidays we usually recommend Royal Caribbean, MSC Cruises, NCL Norwegian, P&O Cruises and Princess. These lines run the largest ships, the strongest kids' clubs (often from age 3 upwards), connecting cabins, water parks, theatre productions and family-friendly excursions. Disney is the obvious other family pick — we don't book Disney directly, but we can advise.
For ultra-luxury all-inclusive ocean cruising the standout brands are Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, Crystal, Explora Journeys, Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Hapag-Lloyd. Just below in the luxury tier sit Oceania Cruises, Viking Ocean, Windstar, Ponant, Scenic and Sea Cloud — smaller ships with included drinks and dining without the all-inclusive flights and excursions of ultra-luxury fares.
It depends on the line and the fare type. Ultra-luxury lines such as Regent Seven Seas and Silversea include flights, drinks, gratuities, excursions and Wi-Fi in the headline price. Most other lines bundle some extras (drinks, Wi-Fi, gratuities) into a higher-tier "all-inclusive" fare and charge for them separately on the entry-level fare. Saga Cruises, Marella, Virgin Voyages and Riviera Travel bake more in than most. Before you book we always confirm exactly what is and isn't included.
P&O Cruises and Cunard sail year-round from Southampton, with Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Saga and Virgin Voyages all running seasonal sailings. London Tilbury hosts Ambassador and Fred Olsen, and other UK no-fly cruise holidays leave from Liverpool, Newcastle, Dover and Portsmouth depending on the season.
Yes — that is the core of what we do. Tell a Travel Designer where you want to go, when, who you're travelling with, and roughly your budget, and we'll respond with three honest recommendations across different cruise lines. We can then arrange flights, transfers, pre- and post-cruise hotels, and any tailor-made extensions on land.
Every cruise fare includes your cabin, main-restaurant dining, basic entertainment, pool and gym access, port calls and the standard crew programme. Drinks (above tea, coffee and water on most lines), specialty dining, premium Wi-Fi, gratuities and shore excursions vary by line and fare type. Flights, transfers and pre- or post-cruise hotels are extra unless the fare is described as "all-inclusive with flights".
Yes, in almost every way. River ships carry 100–200 guests instead of 1,000–6,000 on ocean ships. They sail inland waterways such as the Rhine, Danube, Douro, Rhone, Mekong and Nile rather than open ocean, and call at a new port nearly every day — usually moored in the centre of historic cities. Most river fares include daily excursions, Wi-Fi and gratuities. Sea-sickness is essentially absent on rivers.
Cruise availability and pricing are sourced live from the cruise lines.
