Are you a UK company?
Yes — Travelisto Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 11266800. Our office is in London EC1V. All Travel Designers are UK-based, no overseas call centres.
Can I get help after I've booked?
Yes. Every booking is assigned to a named designer — you keep their direct contact details. While you're on holiday, our 24-hour emergency number (provided with your travel docs) is staffed by a UK-based duty designer.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
WhatsApp: typically within 1–2 hours during office hours. Email: same working day. Phone: live answer Monday-Friday. Video consult bookings get a designer matched within 24 hours.
