Map & location
Cala Ratjada, Majorca, Balearics, Spain
Set on the quieter outskirts of Cala Ratjada, Grupotel Aguait Resort and Spa enjoys an almost peninsula-style setting – edged by rocks and the open sea rather than busy resort streets. You’re within easy reach of three different beaches, including lively Son Moll and the broader sweep of Cala Agulla, yet far enough away to enjoy the sound of waves rather than late-night bars.
Cala Ratjada itself has a characterful harbour, medieval-style town streets and a cosmopolitan mix of bars, beer halls and tapas joints. From here you can explore the Caves of Artà, hike to the Lighthouse of Capdepera for big-sky views, or simply restaurant-hop along the marina promenade.

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The standout feature is the seafront outdoor saltwater pool, designed so the water seems to blend seamlessly into the Mediterranean beyond. A surrounding sun terrace is dotted with loungers and parasols, and pool towels are provided free of charge, so you can travel lighter.
For cooler days or an indulgent wind-down, head indoors to the heated freshwater pool located within the spa centre (heated approximately from April to late October). While the hotel doesn’t sit directly on a sandy beach, Son Moll is just around 1km away, with additional beaches and small coves a short taxi or coastal walk away.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness is a big part of the Aguait experience. The spa offers a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and whirlpool, alongside an indoor pool, plus a menu of massages and beauty treatments (extra charge; minimum age 18 years, typical opening 08:00–20:00).
The air-conditioned gym is well-equipped for a holiday workout, with cardio machines, free weights, a stretching zone and fixed resistance equipment (usually open 08:00–20:00). Daily entertainment runs from February to November and focuses on light, low-key activities: team sports, water-based games during the day, and live music or professional shows in the evenings.
Practical extras include a 24-hour reception with concierge-style assistance, luggage storage and equipment hire such as kettles, mobility scooters and wheelchairs (local charge).
