Set in the lively Playa de Muro / Alcudia stretch of Majorca’s north coast, Grupotel Maritimo puts you within easy reach of both the beach and resort life. Stroll just 150m to Alcudia’s broad, gently shelving sands – ideal for families – or wander 200m to local shops, cafés and bars.
A bus stop only 10m from the hotel connects you with Alcudia’s walled Old Town and the harbour, as well as onward links to Pollensa and other north-coast highlights. It’s a great base if you want to mix lazy pool days with a bit of culture, markets and day trips into the island’s countryside.

Outside you’ll find three freshwater pools including two main outdoor pools and a dedicated children’s pool. One outdoor pool is seasonally heated and framed by sunbathing terraces with sunbeds, hammocks and parasols, while the children’s pool allows inflatables and water toys – always a hit with younger guests.
There’s also a heated indoor freshwater pool, typically open between late March and the end of October, giving you a great backup option on cooler days or out-of-season stays. Pool towels are available with a refundable deposit.
Alcudia’s famous, gently shelving Blue Flag beach is just 150m away, so it’s easy to split your day between poolside relaxation and paddling in the Med, with watersports and beach cafés available along the promenade (independently operated; seasonal).
Spa, sports & wellness
The wellness area at Grupotel Maritimo includes a compact but well-equipped gym with cardio machines, free weights and an aerobics studio, open roughly 08:00–20:00. After your workout, unwind in the spa, which features a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and whirlpool, plus a menu of massage and beauty treatments (extra charge; minimum age 16 years).
Sports activities run through the day and can include aerobics, aqua aerobics, darts, pétanque, short tennis, table tennis, tennis (local charge) and volleyball.
