Restaurant Blau is the hotel’s main buffet restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner with live show cooking. Expect Mediterranean flavours, international classics and a light, contemporary dining room that fits the hotel’s chic aesthetic. A smart dress code applies in the evenings.
