Overview
Plonk your suitcase down at Imperial Resort in super Sunny Beach and prepare to be surprised by how much you get for your money. This big, bright beachfront base combines two outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a splash park with a generous All Inclusive Plus set-up and five different restaurants, so everyone in the family is catered for. Children are kept busy with the Calimigo club and playground, while grown-ups sneak off to the spa or enjoy a drink at one of the three bars before an evening of bingo, quizzes and mini-discos.

Imperial Resort is set towards the quieter, southern end of Sunny Beach, putting you within walking distance of both the soft sands and the UNESCO-listed old town of Nessebar. You’re close enough to dip into Sunny Beach’s bars, fairgrounds and waterparks when you want the buzz, but far enough away for a more relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere back at base. Local shops, bars and restaurants sit just around the corner, so you’re never short of an ice cream stop or evening stroll on the seafront promenade.

Pool & outdoors
Outside, two freshwater pools provide plenty of space for swimming and relaxing, each with shallow children’s sections and surrounding sun terraces dotted with loungers and parasols. Inflatables are permitted in both outdoor pools, ramping up the fun factor for kids.
Little ones will love the seasonal splash park, with water guns, sprinklers and tipping buckets open during the summer months (hours and restrictions may apply). When you fancy a change of pace, head indoors to the heated pool with whirlpool, ideal for cooler days at either end of the season.
The wide, sandy beach is just 250m away – a short stroll for sandcastle building, paddling in the Black Sea or trying out local watersports run by independent providers.
Spa, sports & wellness
Stay active with a well-equipped gym featuring cardio machines and a free-weights area (minimum age 14, set opening times), or join in with daytime activities such as aerobics, aqua aerobics, darts, football, mini-golf, petanque, table tennis and volleyball.
For winding down, the Calimera Spa offers a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, whirlpool and a menu of massage and beauty treatments (charges apply; minimum ages and seasonal hours apply).
Elsewhere you’ll find a 24-hour reception and luggage storage, plus handy extras such as currency exchange and kettle hire. The whole property has free Wi‑Fi, so staying connected to home – or streaming a film for the kids in the evening – is straightforward.

Food & drink
All Inclusive Plus at Imperial Resort means you’re never far from your next meal or snack. Two main buffet restaurants – Alexandria and Casablanca – serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with show-cooking, kids’ buffets and highchairs. For something different, you’ll have one à la carte dinner per week (with qualifying stays) in either La Veranda or Sakura, where Japanese flavours and a more intimate setting await.
A Midnight Snack Room keeps late-night cravings covered, while La Piazza snack bar in the gardens serves daytime bites. Drinks flow from the lobby bars and around the pools, with local and selected international branded drinks available 24 hours a day under the All Inclusive Plus package. Smart casual dress may be required in some venues and operational dates can vary by season.
