Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Outside, you’ll find a signature lagoon-style freshwater pool with cascading waterfalls, bridges and a whirlpool, surrounded by ample sunbathing terraces with loungers and parasols. There’s also a quieter adult-only outdoor pool and a heated indoor freshwater pool (adult-only; typically heated 1 November–30 April) located within the spa.
Pool towels are complimentary and there are baby-changing facilities near selected pools, making days by the water easy whether you’re travelling as a couple or with children.
From the gardens, paths lead straight down to the beachfront, so you can alternate between poolside lounging and the Mediterranean in a matter of moments. Scuba diving and selected water sports are offered by an external operator (charges apply, seasonal).
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness is centred on the Opium Health Spa, where you’ll find a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and an atmospheric indoor pool (adult-only), along with an extensive menu of massages, rituals and beauty treatments (local charges; minimum age 16 years). There’s also an on-site hairdresser and dedicated beauty salon.
The gym is fully air-conditioned and equipped with cardio machines, free weights, fixed-strength equipment, a stretching zone and an aerobics studio (typically open 08:00–20:00). Fitness options include aerobics, pilates and tennis.
Elsewhere, you can relax in the library, enjoy the games room or take part in the varied entertainment programme, which includes in-house shows and live music year-round (frequency and style vary between summer and winter seasons).
