Mayfair Gardens sits in a handy spot in Paphos Resort, putting you close to both the beach and the modern side of town. Kings Avenue Shopping Mall is just 700m away for shops, cinemas and fast food, while the nearest beach is about 900m. A 1km stroll brings you to the harbour area, with its promenade, tavernas and family-friendly bars.
Paphos itself mixes ancient and modern: explore UNESCO-listed ruins and the Tombs of the Kings by day, then wander cobbled streets or the waterfront at sunset. It’s a great base if you want beach time plus easy access to history and days out in the Cypriot countryside.

Pool & outdoors
Water babies are well looked after here. There are three outdoor freshwater pools, including a dedicated children’s pool with plenty of space for inflatables and games, plus an indoor freshwater pool that’s heated from November to April for off-season dips. Sunbeds and parasols line the terraces, and the main pool area is the heart of the daytime action.
The colourful splash park is a real highlight for younger guests, with tipping water bucket, water guns, jets and sprinklers. It usually operates from April to early November, with set opening hours and age/height restrictions for safety.
The nearest beach is about 900m away, so you can mix up your pool days with time on the sand and shallow sea along the Paphos coastline.
Spa, sports & wellness
Active guests can make use of the air-conditioned gym, equipped for cardio, free weights and stretching, plus a sauna area (age and time restrictions apply). Organised activities include aerobics, aqua aerobics, darts, petanque, table tennis, volleyball and pool games, depending on season and occupancy.
For downtime, the spa offers a menu of massages and beauty treatments (charges apply), with spa access typically from 8+ years for treatments and 16+ for certain services. Kids have their own programme in the children’s club (4–12yrs), with arts and crafts, games and sports, as well as a games room (extra charges for some machines).
Practical extras include reception with currency exchange, luggage storage and hire of pushchairs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters (local charges), plus Resort Flight Check-in service on selected dates, which can make your journey home smoother by dropping bags at the hotel before departure.

From buffet favourites to poolside snacks and a proper sports bar, Mayfair Gardens keeps everyone well fed and watered.
Alexander Restaurant is the main buffet venue, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with show-cooking at breakfast and dinner, kids’ buffet options and highchairs. Expect international staples alongside Cypriot dishes, salads and desserts.
From 2026, Mediterraneo à la carte restaurant joins the line-up, set by the pool and ideal for a relaxed evening meal (pre-booking and dress code apply). During the day, Snackeria by the pool offers buffet-style snacks between meals in season, keeping hungry swimmers and splash-park fans happy.
There are four bars: Dolphin Cocktail Bar and the Lobby Bar for drinks into the evening, a Pool Bar (seasonal) for chilled daytime refreshments, and The Flying Pig Sports Bar for big-screen games, burgers and steaks. Depending on your board basis, some items or venues may carry a supplement and reservations may be required.
If you’re on All Inclusive, you’ll typically enjoy buffet meals, snacks for a minimum of 3 hours per day, and local beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks for at least 12 hours daily, plus discounts when dining at The Flying Pig Sports Bar.
