Overview
Atlantica Marmari Beach is a laid-back, low-rise resort set right on Marmari’s wide sandy beach on the north coast of Kos. Designed for easy-going family holidays, it blends big resort facilities – three pools including one with waterslides, a children’s club and multiple restaurants – with grown-up touches such as an adults-only a la carte restaurant and a spa. All Inclusive keeps days wonderfully simple, and a choice of family rooms and suites means everyone can spread out comfortably.

Atlantica Marmari Beach sits directly on the long, sandy beach of Marmari on Kos’s north coast. The resort centre is on your doorstep, so tavernas, low-key bars and mini-markets are all within easy walking distance.
You’re around 15km from Kos Town, a lively harbour city with a castle, historic sites, waterfront restaurants and a broad choice of shops. The nearby resort of Tingaki, just along the coast, is handy if you fancy a slightly livelier evening scene without heading into the main town.

With four restaurants and a good spread of bars and snack spots, Atlantica Marmari Beach makes it easy to eat well without leaving the resort.
Main Restaurant
The hub of the All Inclusive programme, the buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with live show-cooking, international favourites and Greek dishes. There’s a kids’ buffet and highchairs, and a smart dress code (no beachwear).
Ammos Restaurant
An a la carte Greek restaurant right by the beach, perfect for sunset dinners with a taverna feel. Highchairs are available. Guests on All Inclusive can usually dine here once per stay for dinner, subject to availability and advance reservation.
Elia A La Carte (Adults-Only)
An adults-only a la carte restaurant by the pool, ideal when you want a quieter evening. All Inclusive guests can typically enjoy one dinner per stay here with prior reservation, subject to availability.
The Fork House
Poolside a la carte venue for relaxed snacks and casual bites, with a kids’ menu and highchairs.
