Atlantis Hotel sits in the laid-back resort of Lambi, just to the north of Kos Town. Step out of the gardens and you’re by a long ribbon of sand-and-shingle beach lined with palms, parasols and loungers – perfect for chilled days dipping in and out of the Aegean.
It’s a short wander (around 50m) to low-key shops, cafés and bars, while the island’s capital, Kos Town, is only 2km away. Here you’ll find a handsome harbour, Venetian-era castle, waterfront tavernas and easy access to the island’s ancient sites, including the legendary Asclepeion ruins in the hills behind town.

With three outdoor freshwater pools – including a dedicated children’s pool – Atlantis Hotel makes it easy to cool off under the Greek sun.
Expect wide sunbathing terraces with loungers and parasols, and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe where inflatables and water toys are permitted in certain pools. The main pools generally operate from early May to late October, subject to weather and occupancy.
Just beyond the gardens you’ll find the resort’s long sand-and-shingle beach, lined with palms and parasols. It’s ideal for paddling, swimming and sunset walks, with the bonus of a beach bar on hand for drinks and snacks.
Spa, sports & wellness
On dry land, you can pick up a racket on the tennis court or join in with games of table tennis and pool (local charges may apply).
A packed daily activity programme (seasonal) features small team games, sports and water-based fun for all ages, running into the evening with quizzes, bingo, karaoke, mini-discos, live music and professional shows between mid-May and mid-October.

Atlantis Hotel keeps dining relaxed and easy with an All Inclusive concept built around two buffet restaurants and a choice of four bars.
The Main Restaurant serves buffet-style breakfast and lunch with show cooking at lunch, while Tavern on the Blue by the pool offers buffet lunch, dinner and snacks between mid-May and mid-October – ideal when you don’t want to stray far from your sunbed.
You’ll find a Beach Bar right on the sand for daytime refreshments, plus a Lounge Bar and Main Bar for pre- and post-dinner drinks, alongside a convenient Pool Bar serving drinks and light bites.
Smart casual dress is requested in some venues (no beachwear in the main indoor bars and restaurants), and opening times or inclusions can vary by season and board details.
