LaLiBay Resort & Spa curls around a tranquil private bay on the south-western edge of Aegina Island, looking back towards the mountains of the Peloponnese. This is the quieter, more authentic side of the Saronic Gulf: fragrant pine trees, rocky headlands and mirror-calm water.
Perdika itself started life as a simple fishing village and has carefully held onto that charm. Whitewashed lanes, flower-trimmed houses and a handful of tavernas spilling onto the harbour make it easy to slip into local life. From here you can hop on a boat over to uninhabited Moni Island for clear-water swims and forested walking trails, or explore Aegina town’s neoclassical harbourfront and the Temple of Aphaia for a dose of culture between beach days.

Life at LaLiBay naturally revolves around the water. The main outdoor saltwater pool is set beside the beach with broad sea views, bordered by a spacious sun deck dotted with sunbeds, parasols and glamorous Balinese beds for two. It’s the perfect place to drift between a swim in the pool and a dip in the Saronic Gulf just a few steps away.
For quieter moments, head to the heated freshwater pool at the spa complex, featuring relaxing jets and water cannons. This area has its own sun terrace with loungers and Balinese beds, making it a soothing alternative when you want a break from the buzz of the beachfront (note that use of the spa pool typically incurs a local fee).
Fresh pool towels are provided, and facilities may vary slightly between pools depending on the season.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness is a big part of the LaLiBay story. The spa includes a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and a tempting menu of massages and beauty rituals for guests aged 18 and over (all spa treatments and thermal facilities are payable locally). Opening hours are usually 11:00–19:00, with extended hours possible in peak season.
Stay active in the gym, equipped with cardio machines, free weights and a stretching zone (minimum age 14 years), or take your workout outdoors with basketball, paddle, petanque and tennis courts. From 1 July to 31 August, yoga sessions are also typically available for an additional local charge, ideal for sunrise or sunset stretches by the sea.
Around the resort you’ll also find landscaped gardens, quiet corners to relax with a book, and a reception offering concierge-style support – from restaurant reservations in Perdika to ideas for boat trips, cultural excursions and island hikes.
