Mythos Panorama is a brand-new, adults-only hideaway on Corfu’s tranquil east coast, where contemporary architecture, clean lines and soft neutrals frame sweeping views across the Ionian Sea. Surrounded by olive groves and just steps from a natural beach, this design-forward 5-star retreat pairs All Inclusive Plus dining with a choice of stylish sea-view rooms, swim-up suites and private-pool villas. Boukari, Corfu, Greece
Boukari is one of Corfu’s most unspoilt pockets: a sleepy harbour village blanketed by olive groves and lapped by calm, clear water. Mythos Panorama sits just 50m from the small, natural beach, where fishermen still bring in the daily catch for the handful of traditional tavernas.
This is slow-paced Corfu at its best – perfect if you prefer clinking glasses over clinking clubs. Messonghi’s livelier resort centre is only a short drive away, while UNESCO-listed Corfu Town is around an hour by car for Venetian architecture, pastel-hued alleys and waterfront dining.

Pool days here come with options. The hotel features two outdoor freshwater pools – including a beachside pool with sunbeds and parasols, and another stylish main pool (typically open May to early November). An indoor heated pool at the sister property is usually available in the cooler months.
Free pool towels are included, and several room types enjoy direct swim-up access or private plunge pools. The nearby beach is small and naturally pebbly, framed by trees and a handful of tavernas, ideal for a quiet swim or a lazy seafood lunch overlooking the harbour.

Boukari is all about authentic, slow Corfu – olive groves, fishing boats and family-run tavernas in place of big resort bustle. The small pebbly beach is at the centre of life here, with fresh fish and sunset views on tap, while Messonghi and Moraitika offer more bars and shops a short drive away. Corfu Town, about an hour’s drive, is a must for UNESCO-listed architecture, boutique shopping and atmospheric evening strolls.
