Map & location
Ferragudo, Algarve, Portugal
Perched just above Ferragudo’s postcard-perfect harbour, Vitors Village puts you within easy reach of one of the Algarve’s most charming fishing villages. Wander down to the central square for café-hopping and people-watching, explore lanes of whitewashed houses, or hop the river to Portimão’s marina and shopping streets.
Beaches are close but not on the doorstep, which helps keep the atmosphere peaceful. With a complimentary shuttle to Ferragudo and the local beaches several times a day, you can be on soft sand in minutes without needing a hire car, yet still retreat to the calm of the village-style complex at the end of the day.
- Approx. transfer time from airport around 2 hours from Faro (FAO)
Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Days at Vitors Village tend to revolve around the pools. There are three freshwater options: a main lagoon-style pool with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, a quieter second pool, and a separate children’s pool that’s perfect for splashy play.
All pools are framed by sunbathing terraces and gardens, with baby-changing facilities close by. Inflatables are permitted in the main and children’s pools, which kids will love.
The nearest golden-sand beaches are about 1.3km away, easily reached on foot if you don’t mind a stroll, or via the hotel’s complimentary shuttle, which runs several times a day to Ferragudo and the beaches on six days of the week (days and times may change seasonally).
Spa, sports & wellness
While there’s no full spa, you’ll find a compact but well-equipped, air-conditioned gym with cardio machines and a free-weights area, open roughly from 09:00 to 20:00 for guests aged 16 and over.
Seasonal entertainment brings a little extra buzz in summer: expect occasional daytime activities, including water-based fun in June, and a mix of live music and low-key evening entertainment from June through mid-August.
Elsewhere around the resort you’ll find a children’s playground with slides, an on-site mini-market for everyday essentials, and a reception team who can help organise local taxis, excursions or mobility scooter hire (extra charges may apply).

Facilities, entertainment and shuttle services at the hotel are often seasonal and may change without notice, especially outside peak summer months, so use the details above as a good guide rather than a guarantee. For entry rules and health guidance see the UK FCDO Portugal advice.
