Pool & outdoors
The showstopper is the rooftop freshwater pool, a slimline, design-led strip of blue set against the terracotta rooftops of the Old Town. The adjacent sunbathing deck has loungers and parasols, and the mood shifts from laid-back during the day to softly glamorous by night.

• Rooftop bar for drinks and light bites
• Complimentary pool towels
Barcelona’s urban beaches, including Barceloneta, are an easy metro or taxi ride away for days when you want sand and sea to go with your city sights.

Food & drink
Food is a major part of the Ohla Barcelona story, with menus overseen by Michelin-starred chef Romain Fornell.
Caelis
A gastronomic, Michelin-star-awarded restaurant serving refined French cuisine for lunch and dinner, with creative tasting menus and show-cooking elements. Expect beautifully plated dishes, a serious wine list and polished service. Smart dress is expected (no beachwear; long trousers recommended for gentlemen).
La Plassohla
A more relaxed space offering both buffet and à la carte options. Enjoy an excellent breakfast, then return for all-day dining built around Spanish and international flavours, including tapas, Catalan specials and lighter bites. Again, beachwear is not permitted.
Bars & Rooftop
There’s an intimate bar for pre-dinner drinks and a rooftop pool bar on the terrace, where you can pair signature cocktails, cava or a G&T with one of the best urban panoramas in the city. Food menus and opening hours are seasonal.
Please note: reservations may be required at certain venues and a supplement may apply depending on your board basis. Facilities and opening times are based on the previous season and could be subject to change.

Local currency is the Euro (€) and Spanish and Catalan are widely spoken, though English is common in hotels, restaurants and tourist areas.
Typical UK flight time to Barcelona (BCN) is around 2–2.5 hours. Public transport is excellent, with metro, bus and taxis all very accessible from Ohla Barcelona.
Hotel information is based on the latest supplier details, but facilities, services and opening times can change seasonally or for maintenance, so use this as a guide rather than a guarantee. For entry rules and health guidance see the UK FCDO Spain advice.
