There are three à la carte venues:
• Vertex Beach Restaurant – Turkish specialities by the beach, perfect for sunset dinners.
• Vertex Lounge Restaurant – Italian-inspired menus on the rooftop terrace (opening subject to occupancy), pairing pasta and grills with sweeping bay views.
• Dia Snack Restaurant – an easy-going poolside option for light bites and relaxed lunches.
For drinks, choose between the Pool Bar and the stylish Sun Lounge Lobby Bar, which keeps things sociable into the evening. A smart-casual dress code applies in selected venues and à la carte restaurants operate on limited opening days; reservations and supplements depend on your board and length of stay.
