Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Pool days are a big part of life at Swandor Kemer. There are three outdoor freshwater pools, including a dedicated children’s pool and two pools with children’s sections. One of the main pools and the children’s pool are heated between mid-October and early November, extending comfortable swimming into the shoulder season. Sunbeds and parasols ring the pool decks, and inflatables and water toys are permitted, making it very family-friendly.
The on-site aqua park, open seasonally and weather dependent, adds extra thrills with waterslides for kids and teens. Down at the waterfront, you’ve got direct access to a private section of beach complete with sunbathing platforms, a beach bar and pier bar. Watersports like kayaks, pedalos, canoes, giant inflatables and motorised activities are run by an external company for an additional charge (minimum age usually 18+). Pool towels are provided free of charge.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness fans can head for the spa, where you’ll find a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath (hammam) and a menu of massages and beauty treatments for guests aged 18+. Opening dates and hours can vary by occupancy, and most treatments carry an extra charge.
There’s a well-equipped, air-conditioned gym with cardio machines, free weights, a stretching zone and an aerobics studio (18+), alongside organised activities such as aerobics, aqua aerobics, darts, table tennis and yoga.
Entertainment is full-on in high season, with daily daytime activities ranging from family games to water-based fun, plus regular evening entertainment including live music, DJs, mini-discos and professional shows.
Other practical touches include a 24-hour-style reception, luggage storage and the option to hire equipment such as wheelchairs (local charge). The resort’s “Certified Sustainable Hotel” status reflects adherence to a GSTC-recognised sustainability standard at the time of last review.

Food & drink
You’re spoilt for choice at Swandor Kemer, with an extensive All Inclusive Plus programme and a mix of buffet and à la carte venues.
The main Swan Restaurant handles buffet-style breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with show cooking stations and kid-friendly options like a children’s buffet and highchairs. Nerissa Restaurant and the Patisserie cover beachside bites and sweet treats, while Rino Kids Restaurant provides child-focused buffets at peak times.
In the evenings, mix things up with à la carte dinners: El Turqo Steak House, Gecce and Kebab House for Turkish flavours, and Sapphire Restaurant for international dishes. Most à la carte restaurants operate seasonally and require reservations; once-per-stay dinners may be included with All Inclusive Plus, with further visits chargeable.
Your drinks line-up is equally extensive with a lobby bar, multiple pool bars, several garden “Arena” bars, beach and pier bars, plus late-night disco bars. Expect local and selected international branded drinks, cocktails, hot and soft drinks – often available 24 hours a day under the All Inclusive Plus concept. Dress codes typically ask that beachwear isn’t worn in indoor restaurants.
