Overview
Hotel More is an elegant, five-star boutique hideaway perched right on the water’s edge in Dubrovnik’s Lapad Bay. Think polished service, sunset-splashed terraces and a front-row seat to the Adriatic, with stone sunbathing platforms just steps below the hotel. Its signature Cave Bar More – carved into the rock beneath the property – is one of Dubrovnik’s most atmospheric cocktail spots, while two outdoor pools, a calming spa and refined suites make this a standout choice for couples on the Dubrovnik Coast.

Map & location
Dubrovnik (Lapad), Dubrovnik Coast, Croatia
Hotel More sits on the Lapad peninsula, one of Dubrovnik’s most scenic districts, with the famed coastal promenade running just above the hotel and the Adriatic Sea below. From here you’re close to everything: pebble Lapad beach is about 700m away, the relaxed Lapad resort centre around 1.5km, and UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik Old Town just 4.5km by local bus or taxi.
The setting pairs effortlessly with city exploring – wander the medieval walls and terracotta rooftops by day, then retreat to quiet seafront sunsets and Cave Bar cocktails by night.

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
There are two outdoor freshwater pools stepped into the hillside, both edged with loungers and parasols and backed by views across Lapad Bay. One pool is set higher up by the main building, while the other is lower down, closer to the sea – perfect for splitting days between swimming and sea-gazing.
Below the hotel, rock platforms with sunbeds and ladders create almost private-feeling access to the Adriatic. This isn’t a sandy beach, but the water is typically crystal clear and great for cooling dips and snorkelling. Main Lapad beach – a longer stretch of pebble backed by cafés and bars – is an easy walk away for a more classic beach day.
Pool operating dates and opening hours can vary with season and occupancy; complimentary towels are provided.
Spa, sports & wellness
The boutique spa at Hotel More focuses on unwinding rather than ticking boxes. You’ll find a treatment area offering massages and selected beauty rituals (usually 11:00–19:00, charges apply; minimum age for treatments is 12 years). It’s ideal after a day exploring Dubrovnik’s cobbled streets.
A compact gym is on hand for workouts, generally open from the morning into the evening, subject to seasonal hours. Elsewhere, the hotel offers a reception with concierge support and currency exchange, plus luggage storage if you’re arriving early or leaving late.
Facilities may be adjusted outside peak season, so use the timings above as a guide rather than guarantees.

Food & drink
Hotel More punches above its size when it comes to food and drink. There are two elegant à la carte restaurants plus three bars dotted between lobby, pool and seafront.
Restaurant More serves creative international and Dalmatian dishes for lunch and dinner, with show-cooking stations and a focus on fresh Adriatic seafood. Restaurant Tramuntana handles breakfast and dinner in a more relaxed setting, often spilling out onto a terrace – expect generous buffets, local specialities and a smart-casual dress code in the evenings.
For drinks, begin your day with a coffee in the Lobby Bar, swap to refreshing spritzes at the Pool Bar during sun-soaked afternoons (seasonal hours), and round off with signature cocktails at Cave Bar More, the hotel’s unique bar carved directly into the rock, with indoor cavern seating and a seafront terrace right above the water.
