Map & location
Giardini Naxos, Sicily (Catania Airport), Italy
UNAHOTELS Naxos Beach Sicilia claims one of Giardini Naxos’ most enviable positions: right on the beachfront and framed by Mount Etna’s dramatic slopes. The resort itself is low-key and laid-back, with a long sweep of golden sand and pebble shore, cocktail bars and trattorias lining the bay, plus an archaeological park that nods to Naxos’ status as Sicily’s first Greek colony.
You’re close enough to feel part of the action, yet tucked into leafy grounds that feel like a Mediterranean village, with palm trees, oleanders and olive groves between the main hotel blocks and villette. Taormina’s amphitheatre, boutiques and cable car are an easy hop away via the hotel shuttle.
- Approx. transfer time from airport 1 hour 30 minutes from Catania Fontanarossa (CTA).
