Classic villas and cypress trees frame the shoreline, while the resort itself feels tucked away and tranquil – ideal if you want serenity on site but easy access to cafés, gelaterie and ferry links.
Desenzano is also one of the best-connected bases on the lake, with a rail station that puts Verona, Milan and even Venice within day-trip reach. Back at the hotel, you can wander straight from the gardens to the water’s edge or follow the lakeside path towards town for harbourside aperitivo hour.

Outdoor freshwater pool – Ringed by sunbeds and a dedicated sunbathing area, the main outdoor pool is open roughly from 1 June to 30 September (weather permitting). Towels are complimentary, and the setting, just a stroll from the lake, is made for lazy days and long reads.
Indoor freshwater pool – Located within the spa, the heated indoor pool is ideal for cooler days or visits outside peak summer. It’s generally reserved for adults and becomes a quiet sanctuary after exploring the lakeside towns.

Advance booking is required via reception, and opening hours usually run from late morning through early evening, varying slightly with occupancy.
Gym & active options – An air-conditioned gym features cardio machines and a free weights area, generally open from 08:00 to 21:00 for guests aged 18 and over. Cycling enthusiasts can take advantage of on-site bike hire (extra charge), making it easy to follow the lakeside or countryside routes.
