Good to know

Questions, answered

Which Fuerteventura resort?

Corralejo (north) — liveliest, dune beaches, ferry to Lanzarote. Costa Calma (south) — family-friendly, calmer. Jandía — quietest, best beaches, fewer amenities.

Beach holiday or active break?

Both work. Beach: south-coast resorts have shallow lagoons and miles of sand. Active: windsurf, kitesurf and dive schools concentrated in Corralejo and Costa Calma.

When's the best time to go?

Year-round. Slightly cooler/breezier than Tenerife — perfect for active holidays. April–June and September–October are the sweet spots for value + weather.
